Fish Fry/ Mathi Fry

Fish fry/Mathi fry
I do prefer simple easy cook recipe for frying mathi meen (Sardines fish). For me most of the time is spent on cleaning but just few minutes for cooking. Cook on low flame consumes less oil which is healthier for our generation.

Ingredients:
Fish – cleaned, 5 pieces
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
Salt for taste
Coconut oil – as required

Method:

Mix all the ingredients to form a paste and apply on the fish pieces. Marinate for ½ an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish for few minutes. Turn the other side using a spatula to fry both sides into golden brown. Serve hot!
