Sarkara podi/Sweet powder

Sarkara podi/Sweet powder
A rare powder made during festivals to tally the odd number theory by my mom and we yearning to eat anything... L emptied it without any leftoversJ. This sarkara podi is made of two ingredients with flavors of cardamom, cashew and raisins.

Ingredients:
Raw Rice powder – 1 cup
Sarkara/jaggery – ½ cup, scrapped
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Raisins – 5
Cashew – 5, crushed



Method:
Clean raw rice and powder it in mixer or can be done in mill. Fry well - till hot tiny lumps appear in the powder (can use puttu powder too). Now powder the fried powder again with the scrapped jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix raisins and cashew and serve your kids, rest store in an air tight container for later use.
