Chicken Fry

Chicken Fry
This could be a bachelor recipe for most of the people… an easy to cook simple chicken fry. Most of the kids love to have it as snack. My little 1 conquered the bowl without competition from his dead, poor foodie loves the flavor but unable to have a single piece of it.

I prefer less spices for deep-fry recipes as it spoils our tummy with oil and masalas. You can adjust the quantity of spice as per your taste.

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken – ¼ kg
Ginger & Garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – for taste
Oil – for frying

Method:
Marinate the medium sized boneless chicken pieces with the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and refrigerate or keep aside for 10-20 minutes. Heat oil in a kadai/wok – add the chicken pieces and deep-fry on medium flame until both sides get browned. Serve it with rice. Drizzle lemon juice (optional).
