Simple Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Juice


Pineapple available in two varieties: sweet and sour. With sour ones we make pineapple puliserri/curry… umm umm with rice and with sweet ones can make tasty pineapple juice. In this Pineapple season I made both puliserri for lunch and rich creamy juice for breakfast. Pineapple juice in restaurants are 50/50 with water but I luv to have creamy juice up to bottom. Here including a recipe which I love… try this and enjoy!

Ingredient:
Pineapple – chopped, 1
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp

Method:

Peel the skin and remove the middle stem, cut the pineapple into cubes. Powder sugar in a blender, add the chopped pineapple and blend well. Filter if needed. Pour honey on top and serve.
